although I really have not exercised since Monday. I truly haven’t had time and my gym closed early today and will close early for the rest of the weekend. I’ll go tomorrow though.

stayed overnight on a college campus, got a preview of what it would be like to try to stay healthy next year. as long as I establish and secure good eating habits now, I should be fine. last night I had a salad with blue cheese dressing, chickpeas, regular pees, spinach leaves, and broccoli and a diet coke (oops)

Goal for next time @ gym: row 2k (still getting back into it and figuring out my own speed again)

run 15 mins, walk 15 mins

When I got a job last year that’s when I stopped working out just because I didn’t have as much time but my new job is at a pool that has a gym so I can work then work out or vice versa I am soooo excited!!!!

Snack/breakfast (pick one):

1. Banana, granola, greek yogurt

2. Granola bar

3. Fruit

 Lunch (combo):

1. Main:Spinach salad with red peppers, feta cheese, grilled chicken or turkey, cucumber, and light cesar salad OR pb sandwhich OR chicken cesar salad sandwich

2. One or two sides of veggies, either carrots, broccoli, snap peas, or combo

3. Piece of fruit

4. Something sweet or salty (basically a treat): graham crackers (plain or with PB), pita chips, one piece of candy, popcorn

Pre-tennis snack:

1. Apple or banana

2. Extra bottle of water

3. Maybe a protein or granola bar

WHAT I ATE TODAY

I’m going to start posting this because I feel like tumblr holds me accountable

Breakfast: 3 waffles yeah we were out of bread so I had to make a quick choice and I made the wrong one unfortunately

Lunch: cookie from mall (let me just tell you this right away, I am an emotional eater and after trying on 10 prom dresses with no luck I felt the need to eat to make myself feel better. trying to get out of that habit)

Dinner: naked queso chicken burrito from qdoba, less calories because it was naked but still not the best choice

I also had diet coke so oops to that

IN CONCLUSION I made a lot of bad choices today as far as my diet is concerned but I’ll pick it back up tomorrow
